Open border, broken promises

The US Report's video essay, Open Border, Broken Promises, looks at our open southern border and the impact of past and present policy in Congress and the Executive Branch.

If you don't think an open border is a danger to national security, consider what CNN reported on Sunday. CNN said Mexican cartels had a presence in 230 US cities as of 2008. Those are the cities we know about.

At least 2 presidential candidates have addressed border policy on their websites and in public statements. See the video for more.

There's an obvious question many overlook. Who benefits from our open border policy?
