Do ObamaCare waivers provide more evidence for lawsuit?

Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) vilified anyone who disagreed with ObamaCare. Pelosi especially vilified tea partiers, accusing them of many things that had no basis in reality. (Screen snip)

Democrats are famous for passing legislation without logically assessing the consequences. Of course, with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act known as ObamaCare, Dems couldn’t assess consequences because most of them didn’t even read the bill they voted for.

Any American not outraged by that needs a reality check. Liberals decided to socialize the US healthcare system by shoving a pig in a poke at us.

It’s my opinion the bill was put together based on a wish list from favored lobbyists.

If your members didn’t read it, how did they write it, Rep. Nancy Pelosi? Not a single reporter has ever asked Democrats who wrote the healthcare bill.

The Daily Caller looked at waivers Obama’s administration has granted to employers not ready, willing or able to comply with the new bill. DC said:

Documents released in a classic Friday afternoon news dump show that labor unions representing 543,812 workers received waivers from President Barack Obama‘s signature legislation since June 17, 2011.

One federal judge ruled ObamaCare constitutional because of cost shifting—that judge should be removed from the bench, by the way. ObamaCare will not reduce or remove cost shifting. I believe it will actually increase it because the government will now control insurance companies completely.

Americans will still continue to cover medical costs for trauma care resulting from weekend shootings, addicts hooked on prescription drugs, people who wreck their kidneys with over-the-counter medications and people who choose sexually risky promiscuity. Those choices wouldn’t mean anything in a truly free country, but they mean something in a country where the federal government dictates your lifestyle because your choices could cost the government money.

Obama’s waivers suggest cost shifting will actually increase because the revenue Dems counted on will not be forthcoming from waiver recipients because the waivers obstruct a fine or penalty or tax (take your pick, Obama’s called the de facto tax by all those names).

The reality is that cost shifting will continue to occur. Americans provide healthcare for every illegal alien who shows up at an emergency room. That won’t change because Obama refuses to do anything about our open border and instead has instituted policies that provide a welcome mat to anyone who wants to enter the country.

Democrats passed another law and exempted their cronies, shifting responsibility to those of us who don’t belong to labor unions. What else is new?

Repeating: Rep. Pelosi, who really wrote the president and your fellow Democrats’ ObamaCare bill?
