Obama’s DOJ goes after another state in ongoing campaign

There’s no doubt that President Barack Obama’s Dept. of Justice has launched an all-out war on the states, largely in the interest of concentrating all powers in the hands of federal government bureaucrats.

One example is the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ObamaCare) containing the unconstitutional diktat requiring every U.S. citizen to purchase health insurance. Those in the country illegally will continue to receive care at the local emergency room and they will not pay a penalty to the federal government for doing so. ObamaCare may be the most anti-middle-class and anti-marriage legislation ever passed, if you think about it.

One of the worst abuses of power has to do with voting regulations. Some states want a photo ID presented when a person wants to vote. Obama’s DOJ wants as little identification as possible. Texas is the latest state for DOJ to spend tax dollars assaulting, allegedly over concern about Hispanic voters. Considering the porous southern border and readily available false identification, you’d think a legitimate Justice Dept. would want to make sure our voting process is fair.

After all, an illegal alien with an abundance of fake identification helped sway the governor’s election in California. It's likely she remains in the country and she probably didn't even have to make restitution for benefits she received while posing as a legal worker.

A U.S. senator from Florida, Bill Nelson, even sicced DOJ on his own state because the state wanted to save money and energy by changing the format of early voting. Some aspects of Florida’s new regulations actually made certain changes easier for the voter.

Democrats often claim there is no voter fraud, but Democrats are also famous for the anecdotal, “Vote early and vote often.”

There certainly are numerous documented cases of voter fraud, only they’re not just at the federal level, a fact Dems like to omit.

Some states have to go through DOJ when they want to make changes to their voting regulations. This is no longer necessary and states should move to get DOJ out of their business.

After all, New Black Panther Party members showed up at a Philadelphia precinct and wielded weapons. DOJ didn’t exactly push that case to the limit.

Holder and Obama have made a mockery of justice by wielding DOJ for political gain.
