Hannity gets dibs on Obama college tapes held by Breitbart
Friday, March 2, 2012 at 2:02PM Andrew Breitbart told an audience at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington (D.C.) in February that he had tapes of President Barack Obama during his college years.
Breitbart said, "I have videos...we're going to vet him."
In a column for Examiner on Friday, I noted the site InfoWars said the videos show “Obama in his college days appearing alongside former Weather Underground terrorists Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn.”
Obama steadfastly denies a close relationship with Ayers and Dohrn even though his political career began with an event held at the couple's home.
During Sean Hannity's show on Thursday evening, Steve Bannon, an associate of Breitbart, told Hannity the Obama Harvard tapes would be released "in one week."
Now The Washington Examiner also says the videos will be released on Hannity within one to two weeks.
Hannity was one of the few high profile conservatives to attempt to vet Obama's personal history before he came into the public eye as a state senator in Illinois. Many traditional conservative pundits avoided undue criticism of Obama, perhaps fearing the race card would be played by Leftists bent on electing him.
