How easy is it to vote in the U.S.? Just ask AG Holder.

A new Project Veritas video showed how easy it would be to cast a vote as 'Eric H. Holder, Jr.' (screen snip from video)

James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas has published a new video in a series showing how easy it is to cast someone else’s vote in the United States.

Democrats and Republicans are at odds right now over this issue, with Dems claiming that requiring a photo I.D. to vote will disenfranchise minorities.

Republicans believe that requiring a photo I.D. will ensure that no one’s vote—not even Attorney General Eric Holder’s—gets stolen by someone else.

Holder’s Dept. of Justice is retaliating against states like Florida where a revamp of voting regulations mainly aimed at saving taxpayers money led U.S. Sen. Bill Nelson (D) to cry foul.  Florida did reduce the overly lengthy window for early voting, but gave elections supervisors the option of extending the time period for each day.

Requiring a photo I.D. is already standard practice for cashing a personal check, using credit cards in some retail outlets, buying alcohol, signing a mortgage agreement and opening a bank account.

In the new Veritas video, O’Keefe points out you need a photo I.D. to get into federal buildings like the Dept. of Justice.

Funny thing about federal building requirements. The U.S people pay for every federal building, including the White House.

Did you know that if you want to tour the White House, you not only have to have a photo I.D.—you also have to go through your congressman to do it? Furthermore, there are only a few hours on a few days that you can go—it’s not a 9-5, Monday through Friday deal. Here are the requirements:

All guests 18 years of age or older will be required to present a valid, government-issued photo identification (detailed below). All foreign nationals must present their passport. All other forms of foreign identification will not be accepted.

All information submitted (e.g. name, date of birth, city, etc.) must exactly match the government-issued photo ID you will present when arriving at the White House.

The following forms of photo ID are acceptable for presentation to USSS upon entry to the White House complex:
•Valid government-issued United States identification card (e.g. drivers license, military ID, etc.)
•Valid United States or other official government-issued passports

The New York Times said in 2011 the Pew Center found 11.2 million illegal immigrants lived in the U.S.  in 2010. How much identity theft occurs because the federal government has consistently over decades failed to uphold the law? How exactly does a person work or get welfare benefits for children if there’s no viable social security number other than a fake one?

How easy is it to cast a vote? Just ask AG Holder.
