Breaking: ‘Kill Mitt Romney’ page at Facebook was created August 11

Screen snip of hate page at Facebook.Someone founded a ‘Kill Mitt Romney’ page at Facebook on August 11, but word is just now reaching the conservative blogosphere.

The page is suspect—it contains a link to a site featuring a photo that shows a man holding what appears to be a fake penis. My virus programs didn’t intervene when I clicked, but I’d suggest you not risk it.

A number of readers reported the page to Facebook.

So far, the page has 27 ‘Likes.’

Hate speech from the Left is a tradition in U.S. politics, especially on social media. Supporters of President Barack Obama even implied Gov. Romney caused a woman's death because of a business deal. The implication turned out to be a complete fabrication.

The Obama campaign often refuses to address falsehoods distributed by Obama supporters and PACs.
