Al Gore joins fringe in trivializing Hitler, Nazis
Tuesday, July 7, 2009 at 11:54AM In June Daily Finance announced Al Gore is a backer of a new auto company. DF said, “[R]eaders might recognize another name that recently joined the company as a partner: Al Gore. KPCB, which has formed an alliance with Gore's Generation Investment Management, specializes in green and cutting-edge tech investments.” I’d suggest Gore’s enthusiasm for legislation like Cap and Trade stems from good old fashioned greed rather than worries about the environment, since the former Democratic vice-president’s carbon footprint is as large as Sasquatch. Comparisons to Hitler abound these days, with the latest coming from none other than Climate Change/Global Warming/Little Ice Age spokesperson Al Gore. Recently some media focused on a few errant tea party protesters holding signs comparing President Barack Obama to Hitler. I’m not seeing media outrage about Gore. The Times Online reported Gore “likens the fight against climate change to battle with the Nazis.” I saw select outrage about the tea party protesters. I’ve repeatedly noted those protesters simply did what Democrats did when they held their own signs comparing President George W. Bush to Hitler.
Why is it that people trivialize one of the most evil men in modern history?
Jet-hopping Gore spoke in Oxford at the Smith School World Forum on Enterprise and the Environment, sponsored by The Times. Gore refuses debate with experts who disagree about the impact of manmade carbon emissions. Gore also apparently approves of handing the economic reins over to China and India, both of which are conveniently classified as developing countries. Those countries’ emissions will continue unbridled for the most part even as Americans in all income ranges pay more for everything. Judging by the Times article, Gore did not see fit to admit errors in his movie, ‘An Inconvenient Truth,’ a prime brainwashing vehicle for schoolchildren around the world. An inconvenient truth for Gore is disclosed at Climate Depot: "Global temperatures 'have plunged .74°F since Gore released 'An Inconvenient Truth' "
Gore is a perfect example of what I call ‘The New Democrat.’ This type of individual endorses two sets of rules—one set for the political class and one for the rest of us. If Gore is so worried about climate change, why does he constantly travel by plane and why does he have a large home in a sensitive mountain area? Why doesn’t he practice what he preaches?
If we are sincerely worried about climate change, why aren’t we doing something to prepare or address it instead of focusing on making money from it to fill pockets of people like Gore and government coffers?
Why is it that people trivialize one of the most evil men in modern history? I can’t speak for the tea party protesters who carried those signs. But I suspect Gore would trivialize anything for a buck and a speaking platform. Climate change has done Al Gore a world of good.

Gore is a paid spokesman that's all. I don't think it necessary for him to practice what he preaches; he gets paid to generate business for his investors. People think he's more than he is. He is a businessman, an investment manager, a professional lobbyist. He will become a billionaire with Cap&trade. He may become the world’s richest man. He is what he is, nothing more.
Yup, but he's also got an 'it' factor that gets him hefty speaking fees. And he's definitely got the elitist mindset--"I'm going to save you on my terms whether you want me to or not." His terms are the failure of his spirit.
