Florida blogger: McCain will take Sunshine State; polls are wrong

(Jacksonville, Fla.)--The latest in a blizzard of polls says Obama-Biden leads McCain-Palin 41-45, putting the Democrats 4 percent ahead. I think this poll and many others are wrong. What's important: cast your vote. The Democrats have conducted one of the most successful misinformation campaigns I've ever seen. While I admire the slyness of David Axelrod and crew, I don't believe all these polls are correct. I was supposed to leave my office 15 minutes ago, so I don't have time to explain. There are other posts here explaining my reasoning. You can use the search bar in the left column to find them.
The Florida Chamber of Commerce did the latest poll. They surveyed 601 likely voters. They found 9 percent undecided, 2 percent refused and the poll has a +/- 4 percent margin of error. Think about those numbers and think about the size of the poll. Frankly, I would call this poll a non-useful entity.
Then consider the bucks Obama-Biden spent on an advertorial. I hear the message was typical Democratic doom and gloom. Consider the heavy campaigning Democrats are still doing in a state where two of their Congressional members have done some really questionable things.
Don't pay attention to what you hear. There's still time for early voting and this election is not over. Go vote.
This blogger predicts that if fraud isn't present, McCain will take Florida. And he may take the nation as well. Most Republicans I know, myself included, would rather eat a green persimmon than talk to a pollster.
