Enviro-Thugs kill the fat lady, and a warning for Facebook users

The fat lady dies because she dares to question theories about man's impact on global warming. (Screen snip from The Reference Frame)

You have to ask yourself if former vice-president Al Gore, high priest of the big green global warming money machine, isn’t encouraging violence towards those who disagree with his theories that man is the major cause of alleged warming.

Physicist Luboš Motl featured a video on his website that shows the fat lady singing until a large replica of Earth falls down on her head. This isn’t the only climate change/global warming/Little Ice Age video that threatens harm to those who dare to disagree or even simply question warmist fanatics’ claims.

Jacksonville mayor’s race takes on national significance ahead of 2012

Jacksonville is a big city—one of the largest in land area in the U.S. It’s also a key city in Florida elections. In 2008 voters chose Sen. John McCain (R) over then Sen. Barack Obama (D) for president by less than a 2 percent margin. Some analysts believe Jacksonville will be a key city in the 2012 General Election, and that concept is leading to speculation about the impact of Jacksonville’s elections in May when voters will select a new mayor.

Progressives seize another crisis after Tucson shooting

After Jared Lee Loughner [allegedly] opened fire at Rep. Gabrielle Giffords’ constituent meeting in Tucson, the 24/7 news cycle cranked up and so did progressive messaging. Bloggers leapt to the conclusion the suspect was motivated by a campaign strategy utilized by Gov. Sarah Palin who was working to get conservatives elected in 2010. Politicians spoke up, decrying the political rhetoric common in the U.S. today. At that point, media knew very little about Loughner.

Foreign influence—workers in other countries nurtured at the expense of the US worker

If my title led you to believe this article is about the US Chamber of Commerce, you’d be wrong. It’s true that big labor unions have gamed Google and other search engines so thoroughly that if you input ‘US tax dollars to foreign companies,’ you’ll come up with the US Chamber of Commerce. That’s a result of a smear campaign, a carefully orchestrated campaign. Problem is the search results are skewed.

You should instead come up with the ‘US government’ using those search terms.

Bin Laden joins Al Gore in promoting climate change for gain

Commentary by Kay B. Day

Image of Earth from NASA image gallery, US Gov.The man who wreaked environmental havoc on a key U.S. city has joined critics of industrialized countries on the climate change debate. Al Jazeera published comments attributed to Osama bin Laden after the network claimed a new audio tape from the al-Qaeda leader was received. On the tape, bin Laden allegedly said, "This is a message to the whole world about those responsible for climate change and its repercussions - whether intentionally or unintentionally - and about the action we must take," bin Laden said.

Stating the obvious, the world’s most notorious terrorist added, "Speaking about climate change is not a matter of intellectual luxury - the phenomenon is an actual fact."

Most would agree the climate has been changing since the planet was formed, one reason dinosaurs don’t wander along Main Street.

Nobel Prize: Pressure for our president on climate change, foreign aid

Commentary by Kay B. Day

Pundit Joe Scarborough's colleagues claimed a 'senior level' White House official called Scarborough an "a-hole" after the pundit satirized the Nobel Peace Prize award for President Barack Obama.President Barack Obama has won the Nobel Peace Prize—if you are just learning about that, you have been isolated from the world since early Friday morning. Already conservatives are having a field day with satire and statists like the netroosters at Daily Kos are running headers stating, ‘Conservatives stand with Taliban against the President [sic].’ Nobody ever said politics had to make sense, but a little backtracking and reflection proves the award makes great sense.
