Sanders, according to his US Senate website, wants “a single-payer, state-administered system.” Few Americans (and probably even fewer legislators) are aware of some facts in reports from the US Census and the Congressional Budget Office. In the interest of clarity on a top issue in President Barack Obama’s campaign promise chest, here are a few facts and figures about the government's latest grab for the health insurance market in America.
