OWS activist arrest evokes memories of Weathermen and Pelosi’s blessing

Democrats have slandered government reformers at every turn, but when it comes to Occupy Wall Street, there’s a different tactic. Former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) praised OWS protesters for their “spontaneity,” saying, “God Bless them.”

With another OWS activist arrested, past violent movements like the Weather Underground whose leaders eventually became associated with leading Democrats like President Barack Obama come to mind.

Embattled AG Holder plays the race card again

President Barack Obama’s Attorney General Eric Holder hasn’t taken responsibility for Fast and Furious, a gunwalking operation undertaken by the Bureau of Alcohol, Firearms and Explosives.

Holder did receive memos about the operation. Media have reported at least one US Border Patrol officer was killed and approximately 300 people in Mexico were killed with the weapons  bought by straw purchasers and then taken to drug cartels.

To not expect criticism of such an operation suggests detachment from reality.

Holder told The New York Times that racism is the reason for that criticism.
