Florida governor stands up to DOJ on non-citizen voting; some elections officials cave

Florida Gov. Rick Scott isn’t backing down from efforts to make sure non-citizens don’t cancel legitimate votes in elections. Nor is Scott’s secretary of state Ken Detzner.
