GOP Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Act makes good first impression despite Obama’s claims
Saturday, December 10, 2011 at 3:08PM HR 3630 Screen Snip shows section of the bill related to federal retirement contributions. The bill proposes common sense changes that leave benefits far more generous than those in the private sector because the federal employer model uses taxpayer funds.
As President Barack Obama travels the country (often on taxpayer dollars) in search of support for his reelection, Republicans in the US House of Representatives put together HR 3630. The bill makes a very good first impression, although I acknowledge progressives are getting a better deal than this conservative would give them.
