Democrats gone scared, push Ron Paul to help Obama

Updated on Sunday, June 12, 2011 at 1:03PM by Registered CommenterKay B. Day, Editor

I’m well aware of Democrats’ fondness for shenanigans in an election. I’ve studied histories and accounts of the election of John F. Kennedy. And we all remember the New Black Panthers’ strategy in Pennsylvania in 2008.

Specter—Delaware GOP Primary result ‘shocking’ but far left is more shocking

Kurt Kelly, the man who wants to take Alan Grayson down

GOP contender Kurt Kelly (right) is working hard to win the GOP Primary in order to take on Democrat Alan Grayson for a US House seat in the November, 2010, elections. (Photo from Kelly for Congress Facebook page)If there’s one race in Florida that Republicans would love to win, that race would be in Florida District 8. Democrat Rep. Alan Grayson currently holds the seat—the notorious representative who called a former Clinton female adviser a “K Street whore.”

Grayson is alternatively known as the ‘Die Quickly Democrat’ for remarks he made about GOP negativity to Obamacare. Once Americans begin to see what this bill does to healthcare—key policy points will kick in over a period of years—we will fully understand how Democrats blew a real opportunity to deliver the reform they promised. Obamacare is no patient’s friend.

Grayson of course promoted Obamacare as you’d expect—he votes party line 98 percent of the time. There are a number of GOP contenders in the Aug. 24 primary. One of the strongest is Kurt Kelly who currently serves in the Florida legislature. Kelly agreed to an interview with The US Report by email.
