Holder preaches to La Raza as document fraud, corruption run rampant

Video: James O’Keefe showed exactly how vulnerable our elections are by setting up an undercover sting revealing how easy it is to vote in someone else’s name, even if that someone else is the U.S. attorney general. (From Project Veritas)

In a recent speech U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder aimed to fire up cultural activist group La Raza, alleging threats to their civil rights. Holder doesn’t believe you should have to show a photo ID to vote, and he’s gone after states that have tried to make sure only legal votes are cast.

Holder is catering to political niche groups because Democrats are worried about turnout after hope and change imploded during President Barack Obama’s first term in office.

As Holder preached to the La Raza choir, document fraud and corruption ran rampant through the federal government, and perpetrators in a fake driver’s license ring were being sought in five states.

Thanksgiving in Washington—U.S. legislators give thanks

Mrs. Chickie agreed to stand in for a turkey. We couldn't get a live turkey to agree to a photo shoot, seeing as how Thanksgiving is just around the corner. Most of us will say abundant gratitudes on Thursday for family, friends and a roof over our heads, but our elected officials in Washington have some rather unique blessings to offer thanks for. Take Rep. Charlie Rangel (D-N.Y.). Rangel will probably say something like, ‘I’m grateful I’m not going to jail like Wesley Snipes for screwing up my income taxes.’ Or for helping a major donor get a major tax break.

House Ethics tackles Mahoney; Pelosi to-do list grows

Nancy's To Do List

1. Make calls—Mahoney needs phone etiquette course. Also course in civil rights. Needs instruction about sexual harassment. Needs calendar; 19th century over. [Do they make chastity belts for men?]  **Tell Emanuel to take vacation immediately.

2.Rangel—be sure he paid his *&*& taxes—can’t do more tax regs for Barack until Rangel's paid! Remind Ethics too much going on to mess with Rangel.

3. Jefferson—when is trial? Send thank you note to ministers praying for him. No more committee assignments!

4. Dodd—no more deals from lenders for mortgages, even if I have to lend him $$ myself!

5. Fannie and Freddie—what to do and who to blame? George leaving! Barney?

6. Remind Harry to remind Biden*—HE is running for VICE PRESIDENT! Obama is top of ticket. [*Botox? Can he recommend?]

7. Tell Harry: Byrd must stay awake when cameras roll, especially when giving speech on floor! Watch mouth!

8. Send flowers to New York Times; send thank you to Washington Post and lovely anchor at CNN. Send bucket of rank fish to ABC News! Two buckets!
