ObAmnesty less flexible for military, includes some IRCA rejects

However, ObAmnesty appears to be less flexible for the military and could include some families who chose not to apply for citizenship under the 1986 Amnesty.

Shooting in L.A. ICE office raises more questions about agency

Now there’s been a shooting at the Los Angeles area office of the Federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency in Long Beach. Early news reports claim federal agents were shooting each other. So far, media say one agent was killed with a total of 3 agents involved in an apparent dispute.

The ICE office is located in an oceanfront building.
