Bev Purdue won the race for N.C. governor in 2008. She is not seeking reelection.North Carolina Democrats are scrambling over allegations about a sexually harassed “dude” and exactly what Gov. Bev Purdue knew about it.

Various media have reported a back and forth with Democrats and state party officials like the chairman and the executive director.

Tucson lapse more proof Big Media as untrustworthy as Congress

Big Media’s latest lapse can be found in propaganda-style coverage of the Tucson murders. As officials clung to information about the shooter—and there was apparently a lengthy paper trail—Big Media began to blame the right for crimes committed by a man who had no connection, it turned out, to the right. He was closer to the left or to anarchy.

In Kentucky mudslinger, Pretty Boy Conway overlooks fellow Democrats’ college transgressions 

Jack Conway—another in a long line of what I call ‘Pretty Boy’ neoliberals—stooped low to scrape the political sidewalk in his race against Dr. Rand Paul. Numerous stories are afoot about the debate between the two US Senate contenders Paul (R) and Conway (D) in Louisville on Sunday.

The first time I saw Conway’s photo, the first person I thought of was former senator John Edwards who is currently involved in various domestic entanglements involving a wife, a mistress and the mistress (and presumably Edwards’) child.
