My daughters’ friends have always found an open door and I have learned a lot by listening to those we call Generation Y. These 20-somethings are smarter than most people my age give them credit for. They are usually better informed about politics and government than my own generation. And on Thursday, when I met Peret Pass and Josh Cockrell for lunch, I got an earful. I met both of them for the first time at a recent meeting of the Jacksonville Young Republicans Club.
