Did Justice Dept. commit felony by dismissing Hamas financing trials?

Last year, the Dept. of Justice shut down numerous pending prosecutions against faith-based groups and individuals that were suspected of aiding foreign terrorist organizations. By doing so, did those responsible for the decision commit a felony?

AG Holder accused of ‘stalling’ voter intimidation fringe-wing case in Philly 

A voter intimidation case dating to 2008 is allegedly being stonewalled by US Attorney General Eric Holder. Newsmax magazine said the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights has set an April 12 deadline for Holder to respond.

During the presidential election members of the New Black Panther Party for Self Defense “ were videotaped confronting a cameraman and brandishing a nightstick outside a polling place,” said the magazine.

The US Report covered the voter intimidation story when it happened.

INTERPOL not limited by Constitution in U.S.

In December Democrat President Barack Obama quietly signed an Executive Order that has elevated the international police force INTERPOL above our Constitution, allowing them to operate on American soil with impunity.

Signed on Dec. 16th and released on the 17th, the order designates INTERPOL as a public international organization effectively allowing it to “enjoy certain privileges, exemptions, and immunities” according to the United States International Organizations Immunities Act.

Language found in section 2(c) of that act is especially concerning:

“Property and assets of international organizations, wherever located and by whomsoever held, shall be immune from search […] and from confiscation. The archives of international organizations shall be inviolable.”

Just what “property and assets” could INTERPOL be hiding?

Justice Dept. lapse on Black Panthers not the only problem

Day]The US Justice Dept.’s refusal to do anything about a couple of men who flashed nightsticks and allegedly intimidated voters at a Philadelphia poll during the November Presidential Election is just one example of misguided policies. Those policies didn’t start with President Barack Obama, and it is doubtful they will end with him because the Democratic Party loves identity politics like a donkey loves grass.
